  Dad's is a local restaurant with great burgers. They have a very good beer selection. Their service is relaxed, but pleasant. We often go there for a quick meal. Their soups are interesting and besides burgers they have an interesting selection of sandwiches and main courses. The main courses get changed about once a month. Finally there are the exception, made on site, desserts. It is a great place to watch a game, have a quick meal or to linger over a beer. They also have a full bar. What's not to like.

  Want to try something new for breakfast? DO NOT GO HERE! The biscuits are great. The rest of our breakfast food service was well below average. They only have 4 breakfest plates, so hopefully you'll like their offerings. The service, for a place not even half full, was slow and disappeared after they took our order. Did not get asked for a refill on coffee, ever! We could not eat the country potatoes - not even with hot sauce. Bacon was thin cut and limp. Eggs were over cooked. Got charged $2 to substitute the potatoes for fruit cup - I was not told about the extra charge. Left the restaurant having paid way too much for such a bad experience. I like to support local businesses, but my advice, go somewhere else

  The food was just OK. Maybe I (and my wife) chose items that aren't considered house specialties. But it wasn't bad, just not great.
  The service was minimalistic, we waited at least ten minutes before being offered drinks and then another 15+ mins before we were able to order food.
  I can see the allure for some, the mimosas seemed extremely popular with one of the group's seated. But overall my experience was...meh.
